What is PNR?

Commissioning, or commissioning, is a whole range of measures, without which it is impossible to imagine the launch of an electrical system and electrical equipment. It implies not only comprehensive testing of all elements of the system, checking for its readiness for operation, but also setting the electrical parameters to optimal ones under the given operating conditions.

Preparation for equipment startup is a complex multi-stage process, which includes:

Detailed analysis of the design documentation and its compliance with the real electrical system and equipment;
Testing and, if necessary, setting up emergency automatic systems;
Checking the performance of the RCD;
Detailed setting of ATS;
Insulation resistance measurement;
Checking the operability of the automation and the correctness of the operation of the protective grounding circuit;
Checking the operation of relay protection devices;
Configuring and testing all switching devices connected to the system;
High voltage testing of all equipment.

Stages of the

Setting up the equipment of electrical systems takes place in several stages. The final performance of the entire system depends on the correctness of their implementation:

Introductory stage. Under the supervision of masters, the system is fully launched for the first time. It undergoes both full and stage-by-stage testing of individual sections of the system. If all the parameters are correct, the system elements are adjusted to the operating modes required in this configuration.
Comprehensive testing. The final stage, which involves checking the interaction of already configured equipment and other elements of the system for the correctness of interaction.
